Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of Our Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by Us to You and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party. These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from the Company and its affiliates, including purchases on the Site, through customer relations executives.

Refunds

Refunds, if any, only in the form of store credit, will be processed within 7 working days once it passes a thorough quality check of the returned article.
There will be no refunds on discounted bills where any kind of discounts were applied to the order.

Returns and Exchanges

  • Any request for return/exchange must be placed by you within 24 hours of delivery by us either via text message or email. No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained. This is non-negotiable.
  • Not all products are eligible for returns/exchanges as they are exclusively made-to-measure. Each garment is handcrafted specifically for you. We encourage clients to confirm sizing and details prior to purchase. Our team is happy to assist with any queries before order confirmation. In case of a genuine defect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. 
  • Returns and Exchanges made via telephonic calls/ Instagram messages will not be considered viable.
  • The products must be returned to Sverve within 7 working days from the date of delivery once the return/exchange request has been accepted by us which must be raise by you within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. This is only available for returns within India.
  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned for store credit, provided they meet our terms and conditions herein.
  • Not all products on the website shall be a part of the Site-wide Offer Deals.
  • All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and our specific confirmation.
  • Any product returned/exchanged once will be considered as customized and not be eligible for further exchange. This holds true incase of store credit as well. 
  • Since we keep limited inventory and do not always have all sizes available, under such circumstances, the store credit can be used whenever you shop with us next time.
  • Store credits issued for refunds will be valid for 6 months from the issuance date. Credits must be used in a single transaction during your next purchase and cannot be applied partially. Please note that SVERVE is not liable for reminding the customers of the expiration of these credits.

  • All conditions applicable to the return of goods shall also apply to the exchange of goods.

  • A product returned to Us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of product by us and upon confirmation by us that the product is in fact returnable as per these terms.
  • If You wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, You can only return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately using the credit.
  • Products will be considered for exchange only if it is unused and with all tags still attached, unused, unwashed, free of odour/smell of perfume or deodorant and in a saleable condition. Products that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to You. Please immediately inform Our customer care department in the event of any products delivered without tags.
  • All brand packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with your return.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear. If the sole is scratched, the same will not be accepted for return/exchange.
  • All jewellery, briefs, swimming costumes and bikini sets will not be eligible for return, exchange or cancellation by You.
  • Goods are faulty if they are damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If You would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that We can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.
  • Orders above size Large will be treated as custom orders, and all custom measurements or style orders are not eligible for exchanges/ return. 
  • In case of any exchange/return, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You (Domestic/International).
  • Promotional/ Discounted product(s) cannot be cancelled/returned/exchanged.
  • There will be no exchange during the duration of any force majeure events, if any, which are beyond human control.

International Returns, Refund & Exchange Policy

  • All international orders are custom-made and produced specifically upon confirmation. Due to the nature of these orders, different conditions apply to returns, refunds and exchanges.

Eligible Reasons for Refund (International Orders Only)

  • Refunds will be processed only under the following circumstances:
    1. Wrong Product Delivered
    2. Defective Product Delivered
    3. Missing Product

  • To initiate a claim, customers must notify us within the return window mentioned on our website (i.e., 24 hours from the time of order receipt) and provide clear photos and/or video evidence.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10-15 working days.

Made-to-Order International Orders

  • All international purchases are made-to-order. Therefore:
  • International orders are not eligible for refunds, except under the reasons mentioned above and limited conditions listed below.
  • Exchanges are permitted only in the form of Store Credit.
  • Store Credit will be issued after the returned item passes quality inspection.
  • Store Credit cannot be converted into cash or transferred to another customer.
  • Store Credit validity will be communicated at the time of issuance.
  • ⁠Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • ⁠Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange qualifies under the approved refund reasons.

⁠Deductions Applicable on International Refunds

  • The following deductions will apply to all approved international refunds:

    a) Payment Gateway Charges
    3% to 3.5% of the total order value (as charged by the payment gateway), plus 18% GST applicable on the payment gateway charges. 
    b) Shipping Charges
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Any return shipping, handling, customs duties, or taxes (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

⁠Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be processed for reasons other than those explicitly mentioned in this policy.
  • We reserve the right to decline any refund or exchange request if sufficient proof is not provided or if returned products fail quality inspection.
  • Customs duties, local taxes, and import charges are non-refundable.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks and payment providers.

Cancellation

  • Please note that an order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed after 24 hours, no cancellation request will be entertained.
  • We shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed.
  • Only store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.
  • To cancel, return or exchange an item, the Customer must write to us at info@thesverve.com . Alternatively, the customer may even call at our customer care number +91-9871800882 from Monday-Friday between 10am – 6pm. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit from Customer to Us.
