SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

We deliver within India and to countries around the world, and offer different shipping options as applicable.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within a reasonable time period as stipulated herein. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER

All domestic orders will be delivered as per the timelines provided under the product details. For further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer at all times.

Orders placed outside of working hours Monday-Friday (10:30 am-6 pm), after the cut-off time and/or during any IN public holiday will be deemed placed on the first IN working day following the order's submission. Delivery timelines are estimates, see further details below:

Order delivery may face delays during promotional activity, sale season, and bank holidays — during this time, 24-hour delivery and 90-minute delivery may not be available. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

SHIPPING TERMS

Domestic Orders

  • Order will be shipped in India through registered domestic courier companies only.
  • For all paid order deliveries within India, we offer Free Shipping.
  • For all COD orders below 15K deliveries within India, we charge INR 300 as standard shipping cost.

International Orders

  • For International customers, shipment will be done subject to the courier company norms.
  • In case of any exchange/return, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You.
  • Shipping Charges will be calculated at the checkout as per the weight of the order.
  • Remote Area Fee of a minimum of ₹3050 + GST will be charged additionally for all remote area locations (Please check the remote area listed in this sheet- https://pdflink.to/788f654d/)
  • Address correction charges of ₹1000+ will be levied when the delivery address is found to be incorrect WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION.
  • Elevated Risk surcharge of ₹2700++ will apply when shipping to a destination country Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Mali, Niger, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Ukraine, Israel, Lebanon, Burkina Faso & Venezuela.
  • Restricted Destination surcharge of ₹2700++ applies for shipments when shipping to Yemen, Central African Republic, Libya, Iran, North Korea, Iraq, Somalia, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Syria.

SVERVE is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to hand over the consignment for shipment to the courier company 2-3 working days.

INSURANCE

SVERVE ensures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by SVERVE and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

TAXES & DUTIES

For Indian Customers
Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers
Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
