Return / Exchange is only applicable in case of a faulty, defective or damaged product delivery through online sale. The Client needs to intimate the same “within 24 hours of delivery”. No Return / Exchange request to be entertained post 24 hours of delivery. Return / Exchange can only be processed in the form of a store credit. Once the Product is received at our office, the product will need to pass our internal QC standards, before any onward process can be initiated. Refunds for the product purchased will only be processed subject to our acceptance of the returned garment. Refunds can only be processed in the form of a store credit (if any).
