The Lateral dress draws inspiration from the way lateral roots extend outward from a central root system, creating branching networks beneath the soil. Root motifs are placed across the front and back of the garment, reflecting this outward movement and spread.
It features a concealed placket and guntai shibori detailing on the cuffs that add texture to the construction. The top button features a root-like tassel, a detail that appears across the collection.
