Return / Exchange is only applicable in case of a faulty, defective or damaged product delivery through online sale. The Client needs to intimate the same “within 24 hours of delivery”. No Return / Exchange request to be entertained post 24 hours of delivery.  Return / Exchange can only be processed in the form of a store credit. Once the Product is received at our office, the product will need to pass our internal QC standards, before any onward process can be initiated.
