The skirt and top set is crafted in cool summer linen The skirt in sky blue base is embellished with deep blue hand cutwork embroidery which gives a layered look. The smocking at the waist creates a shapely silhouette to the  soft silhouette The top can be worn on or off shoulder and  is rouched with hand cutwork embroidery at bottom and on sleeves.
